Hello my friends,

Growing up I was always captivated with beautiful stationary, illustrating and note taking. 

So I'm so excited I'm finally doing this for real! 

Throughout life’s many ups and downs, I’ve found that leaning on one's sense of humour has proven to be one of our greatest assets. Whether to mend a broken heart or unite the most unlikely of pairings, laughter can never hurt. So I like to think whenever we can incorporate an extra laugh into our busy and often overwhelming lives, we must take the opportunity. Is this clear? I meant some of my cards to be funny.

With a degree in fashion design, ironically the only thing I left with was a love for illustration. Now as a lover of all mediums, I love experimenting with everything; however, I'm a sucker for watercolour, complimented by pencil crayon. After that, I like to edit in photoshop (which was not stressful at all to learn lol), then send ‘er on over to the printers! I'm extremely conscious of the environment, so I love to use cotton stock. Made from 100% recycled cotton fibres, which are a by-product of the textile industry that would otherwise be discarded and end up in landfills. The naturally white fibres also mean less chemical processing and waste during production of the stock. 

I love working away in my little studio in North Vancouver, which I share with my two tenants- my two boys, 3 and 5. They have taken up residence in the form of a playroom on the other side of my studio, which can provide for interesting and often ambitious work sessions. Currently they’re on month to month- we're trying to work out a peacekeeping deal.

Oh ya, and I'm hoping to expand to calendars, notepads and household/kitchen items soon!

Maybe even trinkets, my husband's nightmare lol.
