Shipping

• Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (sometimes sooner) from when you placed your order, at which point you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. If you have not received an email please check your junk mail or feel free to get in touch and we’ll sort it out!

• At this time, orders are shipped through Canada Post Lettermail, which unfortunately does not offer tracking

• Shipping within Canada usually takes about a week, international orders are typically delivered within 2-4 weeks. You can check the Canada Post website for updated shipping time estimates.

• We are not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred.

Returns

• Do you want to change or cancel your order before it has shipped? That happens! Please contact us right away if so!

• Did you receive a damaged or mixed up order? Whoops! Sorry! Feel free to contact me and I’ll see what I can do.

• Do you want a refund just because? I am confident that you will love your paper goods! Unfortunately, all sales are final.

• If you do not contact us within 30 days of your expected delivery date, we cannot offer a return, refund or reship.
